Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.  

How does the return process work?

We ask that you send the item back to us at your own cost. Once the item is returned, we will refund you for the full order. For the return shipping address, please email evan@olfeller.com. 

Are returns free?

We will refund your full order, but we ask that you pay for the return shipping.  

How much time do I have to return the product?

All returns are accepted within 30 days after you receive the product (unless the product was damaged or worn by the buyer).

Can I return a product I have worn or used?
